I was wondering whether it is still possible to change the order of search results in El Capitan. I would want to have Dictionary outputs a slightly higher in the list, for example. In spotlight settings, the different categories are now in alphabetical order and can't be dragged to different positions in the list any longer. Any suggestions?

There doesn't appear to be a way to change it anymore.
If you hold down Command, then arrow down, it will jump to next section in list. So, cmd+ArrowDown several times.

Try Cmd-L in the Spotlight Window.
