Cant activate icloud-deleted Iphone 6 IOS9

Hi,

I updated to IOS 9 today.

Activated fingerprint unlock function and was surprised that I needed a 6-digit passcode.

I entered a 6-digit passcode and undoftunaly I, one hour later, couldn't remember it.

I then logged on to my icloud account and deleted the content of the phone in order to restore it.

Out of curiosity I enterd a phone number in the 'this phone is lost' box. This only because I wanted to see how that function worked.

Phone erased, and now when I'm starting it up again it won't activate due to no connection to the Internet.

Suggested by the phone I plug it in to iTunes. iTunes tells me the phone has a locked sim card and want's me to unlock it. Which I can not do due to the phone not beeing activated.

Clicking on the fancy icons on apple support side led me to a phone number. Great.

What to do? The phone is not getting activated... I'm stuck. Please help!
