How can I retrieve my iPhone photos and videos saved using iTunes on a PC

Hi Apple Geeks,

I'm running IOS 9.0.2 on my iphone 6 and Window XP on my PC. I backup my phone /w iTunes on the PC. I accidentally deleted one important video clip while saving it on another computer. I'm hoping this same clip might still be in the backup in the first computer (Window XP). How should I retrieve this clip from my Windows XP computer. Thanks for any suggestions & also for your time.

and does iTunes mantain more than one backup with date & stamp or it overwrites each time?

f you failed to import it to your computer as you should do regularly, then you can try restoring from backup. You will lose anything done since that backup.
