After migrating from the Time Machine backup of an older MacBook Pro to a newer MacBook Pro, I'm finding that I can't scroll vertically using the trackpad in any application. Is there a way to get this working again? I've tried restarting my computer a few times. I've also tried resetting the trackpad settings under System Settings.

I've found that vertical scrolling works with a test user that I created in months past, but not my main user.

Issue the following command from the terminal and then restart:
defaults write -g com.apple.trackpad.scrollBehavior 2
