When you enter the number of my Ipod shows me this error - "This serial number has already been submitted for this program. If you know you have not previously submitted this serial number for this program, please contact us". Any knows why???
I have turned in some nanos with this error. Likely, someone mistyped a number and the servers recorded it as turned in. You need to call and talk to a rep. It is the only way to get around this. They will personally delete the number from the servers so you can submit it.
