No Apple Watch app on my iPhone 6 running on iOS 9.0.2

I cannot find the Apple Watch App on my iPhone 6 running with IOS 9.0.2 so I am unable to set up my Apple Watch. How do I get this app on my iPhone?

MacBook Pro, iOS 5.1.1

The app is a preinstalled app that is part of the iOS like Safari, the App Store or iTunes. Do a Spotlight Search for it. It has to be on your phone somewhere.

Check Settings>General>Restrictions. Also, you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Understand that will remove all of your home screen folders. The Apple Watch app is a native iOS app, and you cannot delete it. Also, I suggest that you update the iOS for your device to the latest version iOS 9.3.2.
