app store error 401

Trying to download Deus Ex: Human Revolution from the App Store. Successfully purchased, but cannot download the game. Every time I try, it returns an error, "The Application could not be downloaded. The sever gave an error during download: 401 Unauthorized." I have contacted support and been told to update iTunes and restart my router...All other apps and updates can be downloaded and installed from the App Store without problem. I was also told to contact FeralGames, the developer directly at their support page, but this seems like an Apple Side Sever problem not a developer issue. About to request a refund, any ideas?
