Big problems when using 5s since downloading new update

So frustrated with the new update! I have a 5s. I downloaded new update a couple days ago and have had issues since i downloaded it. Touch screen stops working, apps freezing and closing, home button not working sometimes, slow apps, get a black screen when opening some apps, have to restart phone using a hard reset multiple times A day! My apps are also super slow and close for no reason as I am using them! do I need to take my phone in?
