IPhone 6 iOS 9 FaceTime problem

i have 1 iPad Air (iOS 9), iPad 3 (iOS 8), iPhone 5 ( iOS 9 updated) and an iPhone 6 (iOS 9 updated ). After the recent update whenever anyone call me via FaceTime all the devices will respond except for my iPhone 6. Before the update all the devices would ring. I did not realised it until I was home one day when my friend called and I was using my iPhone 6 and realized all the others were calling except for mine. I have sign out and resign in and still doesn't work, so I completely shutdown then restart then I works but it is on and off. Please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks.
