I recently updated to iOS 9 but now Siri doesn't speak what do I do?

Everytime I use Siri it doesn't speak. I don't know if the new update makes that happen but I like when she speaks

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2

Try going into settings turning off siri and turning it back on and see if that helps. When was the last time you restarted?

I had this problem too. I found a workaround in another thread. Go into the Accesability settings and turn off vibrate. This fixed Siri on my 5s but it does also stop the phone from vibrating when on silent even though vibrate on silent is switched on. This appears to be an issue in 9, 9.0.1 and 9.0.2.
