iPhone 6 bluetooth will not pair with Samsung Level headphones

Hi,

While my iPhone 6 bluetooth pairs with some devices, it will not pair with my Samsung Level bluetooth headphones.

The phone simply won't discover the headphones.

However, the same headphones are easily discovered and do connect with another iPhone 6 we have (therefore, I think this should be my specific iPhone issue with this specific device).

Please help!

Go into iPhone settings and select Bluetooth.

On headset, when turning device on, slide and hold towards the on (towards Bluetooth symbol) until headset vibrates.

Watch iPhone for it should then show up under "other devices" then simply click on the Samsung when it shows up. If it doesn't work try restarting but the phone and only turn headset on when you're in the Bluetooth settings. Don't forget to hold it when sliding it all the Wayne's to the left/on until it vibrates.

I was able to pair my devices, however I am having trouble getting the phone to work through the headset. I can get the music, but how do I talk on the phone? If I go into my phone, I can hit a button for the headset, but when I'm in the garden or on my bike, I really don't want to stop and do that.

Is there a simple way to listen/talk on the phone through the headsets?

Thanks for your help!
