After the update on my iPad on iOS 9 videos do not play, but there is a loading screen. It isn't just Youtube that isn't working but all videos even ads. I reset my router and the wifi and the internet is working perfectly what should I do I can?

After updating my iPad 2 to the iOS 9, every video even ads. I tried my phone without the update and it was working fine. I had reset my router but my wifi and my internet was perfectly fine I can play games that need wifi and or internet but it is just the videos that aren't working. I made more space in my storage, deleted and added Youtube, What should I do?
