Can I restore ios9 to ios8?

I can no longer connect to work with my iPad because VPN is no longer compatible with iPad.


This is the whole reason I bought the iPad. How do I revert to ios8?

iPad 2, iOS 8.1

You do not revert to ios 8. Apple has stopped allowing this.


What is the problem with the vpn? What error messages are you getting? What App are you using when you get the error message.
