My Iphone 6 don't read my sim card.

Hi,,

I need help with my Iphone 6 64GB , It was working well till the last week and I've updated to ios9.1.
and suddenly it switched off by it self and on again , since then it cant identify my sim or any other sim card and keep " searching " for network.

other ptoblem the IMEI doesnt appear any more , so the company i bought from declined warranty saying that its not a software problem

plz help me give me a soloution or an advice.
