The latest version of Safari for Win was 5.1.7 and it has not been updated in more than 3-1/2 years. Apple has pulled it from their download servers. It is badly out of date and, lacking any updates, is no longer a secure browser. Don't use it. Avoid the temptation to find it on a third-party download hosting site. Too many such sites will give you a file and kindly inculde malware with it.
An obsolete and insecure version of Safari is not worth the risk.
