Speak selection is not working after ios9 update!
I Recently upgraded by iPhone 6 to iOS 9.0.2 and speak selection feature is not working at all! When I highlight text and hit "speak" option, the voice is garbled and in audible !

Has your problem been resolved?
I had the same issue with iOS 9.0.2 with my iPhone 6 128GB.
I fixed this by:
• going to iOS settings
• General
• Accessibility
• Speech
• Voices
• English
• Select Siri Male Enhanced
• Exit /Quit Settings apps
