Dragged the documents and it 'poofed' away?

Whilst saving a file of photos, I accidentally dragged the documents shortcut from finder and it 'poofed' and I can't find it anywhere. I've tried tracing back from folders which were saved within my documents - I can search for these individually - but that doesn't seem to work either... Is there any way I can bring back the shortcut and still have all my folders within it?

I have now fixed this. If you have the same problem, all I did was searched for a relevant folder that used to belong in 'documents' on 'This Mac' rather than your account and you can trace back to documents. Then, drag documents into your favourites shortcut and it should be back to normal.
