how to revise SMS phone number setting?

I was setting up a new iphone and inadvertently inserted my home phone number instead of my mobile number on the screen asking for a number at which to receive SMS messages. I proceeded to next screen just as I was seeing the mistake. There was no way to go back & revise, so I finished the set-up and started reviewing all the settings to find and correct the info. I wasn't able to find the settings area for SMS messages. How do I go about revising this SMS entry??
