Huawei E3131 doesn't work after installing OS X El Capitan

Same problem here, I have a Huawei E3276

Same issue with E3131; i've tried to uninstall and reinstall sw downloading from customer.huawei.com the last version but this unsolved the problem.

Disabling Sistem Integrity Protection helped me. It's a feature enabled by default in el capitan release

I'm still having the same issues, i did the disable procedure, and also download the latest huawei driver, but still when clicking on "install" theres an error message saying that "en error occur during the installation, because there's nothing to be installed"

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2015)

OS X El Capitan 10.11.1

OS in spanish

Csrutil disabled

I am also running 10.11.1 and the E3131 says "device disabled or unavailable" so I don't think anything is fixed in

10.11.1 - I would think Huawei need to release a new driver but I can't find one.

I have disabled the extra security (csrutil disable) as various people have said but this did not help either

Has anybody a link to the OS X 10.11 version.
