After updating to El Capitan my Integral and SafeXs encrypted memory sticks will no longer "initialise" so I can't access the data on them. Has anybody else had this problem and found a solution?

I'm currently testing 10.11 on a clone drive to make sure that all of my non-Apple stuff is still working.
