Q: Cannot see the images sent from friends

Hi,

 

In iMessage with El Capitan, can't see no more images that are sent by my friends, always have to go to my iPhone ... but it's not available on my MacBook Pro !! Does anyone know how to solve this ?

    try signing out of your imessage account on mac and sign back in. That should fix the issue.

    Hi,

     

    If they are AIM or Jabber Buddies try zipping (compressing) the pic first (Or sending them in a folder when the app will do this)

     

    If it is iMessages the Signing out and In again is a good place to start.

    Well ... tried the sign out ... didn't change ! Still can't get the image .. just getting the filename ! And most of my friends have iPhone, so it's from an Apple hardware, should work seamless !!

    Hi,

     

    In that case try a PRAM/NVRAM reset by Restarting the computer and holding down CMD+ALT+P+R all at the same time until you have heard three start up bongs and then let the start up continue normally.
