Where do 3rd party samples/ instruments/ loops go?

I appreciate Apple Changed things a while back but it appears nothing from the old locations was erased.

I cannot seem to get the EXS refresh to work, as it keeps finding folders long erased. It appears the old location - Home/ Library/ Application Support/ Logic is no longer used, but still there.

Where is Logic finding the "Intruments" and "Samples" for 3rd-party WAV/ and Synth libraries? Our Library of EXS '3rd-partys' is extensive and needs to be aliased in from an external HDD. Thanks.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), LogicProX 10.2.0
