Macbook Pro's battery percentage doesn't work well

Hello, after upgrading my Late 2013 RmP to El Capitan with clean install, battery percentage doesn't seem to work like it used to. It doesn't show the accurate percentage unless I close battery percentage and reopen it. How will I fix this?
