itunes being extremly slow for downloading

since the ios 9.0.2 came out my itunes or app store on my iphone 6 is slow slow its not worthing trying to download i have a 25mbs system and to download the patch over the air on my iphone was 2hrs and to download through my computer it was 2g file said 30 hrs, this has been on going for last two day's any ideas
