iPad blank screen after upgrade from iOS 8.4 to iOS 9.0.2

ipad with Retina display 2 64 GB

i had tried

1. holding power button

2. holding both power and home buttons

3. Connect to itunes

unfortunately cannot restart the iPad

pplease help, thanks.
