Contact display error

Hi,

I've recently upgraded to ios9 and I have a problem associated with the contacts. When I receive a text it displays the contacts phone number and not the contact name. It also doesn't use any custom tones assigned.

The problem doesn't happen with iMessages though. They show senders name on the lock screen or the banner notification.

Does anyone else have this problem and/or know a fix for it? I've tried rebooting etc but it still persists.

As said it only seems to apply to text contacts.
