That means Do Not Disturb is on. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb to change.

Or swipe up from the bottom of your screen to bring up Control Center & tap the crescent mood to unhighlight it.

Would you please tell how can I save all my 600 pictures I've got in stock in my Photo app? I'm sure it's using a lot of room in my iPad becuase I struggled last time I updated it.
