Safari loading slow on my Ipad

I recently upgrade to ios 9.02 on my Ipad and Safari is loading very slowly. I have cleared the history and website data and it is still running slow

I have compared Chrome to Safari and Chrome loads much faster. Any suggestions to a fix.
