im able to sign into Game Center but I can't see my friend requests. It keeps saying something about that can't be access through my devic. I'm using my iPhone 5S. I need help I don't know what to do

Settings > Game Center > sign in if not already so, then Allow Invites, Nearby Players, Contacts and Facebook.
I Went to settings Game Center, I sign in but I don't get the option of allowing invites or nearby friends
Strange... I have an iPhone 5 and that is what I see. Are you still on iOS 8.4? If so update to 9.0.2 and see if that helps. Do so through iTunes, not OTA, much more reliable. Then post back with results. If still no good, we can proceed to a full restore but lets not go there yet.
