toggle off location service for an app?

I find more and more apps only give the options to either have location services always on or off. Many have and still do have the option to only have locations services on for that app, while using the app.

Quite honestly, when using an app that has only on/off, it is a pain to go into settings, scroll to the app, change the setting to on, then repeat the process when done to shut it off.

Does anyone know a way to quickly toggle those settings, on an app by app basis, or is there an app that does it?
