Siri won't speak in iPhone 4S iOS 9.0.2

Hello,

Siri stopped talking , but it does works, like if i say someting it shows the response on the screen but voice feedback is missing. The voice feedback works only if the option "Siri Voice" has been set to "American(Female)", it wont work otherwise. Please note if I change the option in "Language" it does not make any difference. I have already set "Voice Feedback" as "Always". I have tried disabling and enabling Siri still no changes, Siri will only talk when "American(Female)" has been selected.

If anyone has any solutions please let me know. Thanks in advance.
