I have been having problems receiving and sending text messages with my iPad Air. I uploaded the latest update which was an odyssey in itself and I am still faced with the same issue.
I have also reset my network settings. Rebooted the iPad and have been met with the same results.
I thought the latest update was supposed to fix this
