My iphone will not let me swipe left or right and i can not access my apps

My Phone can not swipe either way i try and my apps will not open when i tap on them, i think its dirt underneth the screen its self. I know its not the case itself because ive taken my phone out of the case and it wont do anything. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
