Only One CD Messes Up?

Hiya, I recently bought Blurryface by Twenty One Pilots, and was looking forward to putting the songs on my iPhone. However, when I got home and put the cd in my computer, iTunes and Media Player started messing the songs up, and they'd make really creepy noises. *shudder* Help ? Thanks. |-/
