Newsstand vs. News app on iOS 9

Hi,

Newsstand application disappeared after upgrade iOS 9 and News app is not available in my region (Czech Republic). Could anyone please advice how to get Newsstand bac until News become available?

Go into the settings, change the device's region to the USA, restart it, and check for the News app again.

Thanks. And no way if I don't wanna change the region? Even if I wil be ok just with the old Newstand?
