iCloud Photo Library - Photos in Albums out of order

Hello.

I enabled iCloud photo library. Everything uploaded and all is KINDA well.

The pictures in my albums put the last photo added at the end of the album even though the time on the photo is correct and should be sorted in the order taken as it is in Photos on my Mac and in those albums.

I just added a few older pics to an album that from 2011 and iCloud added them to the end of the album, after the one I took and added yesterday. So, they albums are out of sort and so are the photos added after the initial upload.

Is this right? What could be the issue?
