There is concrete in my charging port, what do I do?

I have an iPhone 6 and a drop of concrete has fallen in my charging port and has dried up and won't let me charge my phone. Is there a special tool or concrete remover that I can safely use?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1

Chip away at it. Gently.

Concrete does not stick to metal, so it shouldn't be that difficult unless it's wedged in. Even then chipping away should do. Hold the phone oriented so the chips will fall out, rather than fall deeper inside the jack.
