I upgraded to the 6s and it is supposed to play the picture to make it move a bit when you hold down. My phone isn't doing that. Is there a setting that I need to turn on? I would think it would be a factory setting but maybe I am missing something.

Yes, in the camera app you should see a circular icon in the top middle. Tap that, and then you will see "LIVE" come up on your camera screen... Take the picture while holding the phone very still and it will shoot the living image or gif file. After it is done then press on the image to play the gif.
