Sharing From Activity App Is Poor

After a workout, I am using the Activity App on the Watch & Phone, and want to share the workout with others. There are many choices for sharing. When I share it to Facebook, all that is shared is a green circle. There's no mention of any activity, nor any stats.

Am I missing something or is that all that I can share?
