Safari 9.0 Stopped working with el Capitan

My Safari stopped working...it's been 6 months that I switched from Chrome and now after I upgrade to El Capitan Safari doesn't open any website. I tried to disable DNS prefetching altogether. But it didn't work.


Is there any preference or cache that I can delete in order to get it to work?
