battery charging issue

PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE,MY 5 s i phone ,is not picking up charging

after software update to iOS 9.0.2

tried soft and hard restart but in vain.

cleaned charging jack and port

tried 1 hr continuous charging

please suggest how to fix this issue,screen is black,no charging sign.
