SD card reader is not listed as USB device

I have 15-inch, Early 2011 Macbook Pro. Recently I have discovered that SD card reader is not working. After trying to solve the problem I saw that interface is not listed in USB hardware list (see attachment) as usual. I have already invested more that an hour but without success. Do everyone knows how to fix it?

There is also no dust inside. Pins are very clean so it's not necessary blow in.
