iCloud is locked. How can I fix it?
I'm considering buying a iPad from eBay. The seller says that the iCloud is locked. If I decide to buy it, is there any way to fix the locked iCloud?

Not for or by you, and if it's advertised as iCloud locked, eBay probably won't refund it. Don't buy that iPad.
