Lost Apps and Music

None of my apps or music that iv'e bought is showing up. I have my apps/music already downloaded on my iPod touch 4 but none will convert over to my mac. Every time i search an app or song that I have downloaded it just tells me that I have to re buy it. Plus I'm still on the same apple ID account. Please help me.
