Why I cant sign in iMessage with Apple Id on iphone althought I remember password

I absolutely remember my Apple ID & password via email ******* @yahoo.ca however my iphone is going crazy to ask me type a lot of times ID password and announce my password is not correct. But I still log in Apple ID on brownser --- Im going crazy for stupid error
