The response of my screen stops working

My screen has stopped working/responding several time within the last 24 hrs. My phone has not been dropped recently. It also currently does not have a screen protector, I took it off thinking it was causing issue. It seems to be getting worse today. I've tried resting, powered off, resting the settings, restoring from back up and restoring like new iPhone. still having the issue. Any help?
