    Hi. I'm sorry for hijacking the thread.

    Honestly, I've been experiencing some problem with the Apple music subscription. I did go through the steps to cancel my membership, but  when I look at the apple Id settings, I can't find the subscriptions in the list. My apple music trial membership ended on the 1st of october, and it charges me after that. I want to cancel my subscription. How can I do so? Thanks for the help.
