How do I fix an app icon?
My app icon for the weather app disappeared. It was all fine until I updated, then it was different.This is what it looks like now.
How do I fix this?

When I had a similar looking icon, it was because I had the wrong version on the iOS device. (In my case, I had an iPhone app on the iPad. The app used to be universal (run on both iPhone and iPad), but then there were separate versions for iPhone and iPad. I chose the wrong one.)
