Q: Unable to synch Safari bookmarks in El Capitan

After upgrading to El Capitan, when I change the Safari bookmarks on my mac, they no longer sync on my iPhone or iPad. Tried the Apple page (Get help using iCloud Bookmarks and Reading List - Apple Support)  but doesn't work. Did not use iCloud as syncing mechanism in the past and everything sync'd without any problem.

Any suggestions?
