I'd like to know if Apple has an iCloud data recovery centre? and can retrieve an accidental deleted iCloud back up after a factory reset? Surely they must have record of lost data on their system of their clients? Appreciate the feed back
If you deleted them and also deleted the backup of them they are gone.
Try going to iCloud.com on a computer. Log in to your account. Check contacts. Contacts sync between devices and I'm not sure they are in the backup.
